Nathen Bernshaw
Nathen Bernshaw is the Managing Broker of Diversified Properties Ltd. under the Real Estate Services Act of BC and Real Estate Development Marketing Act of BC. Having completed the North American CCIM program (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Nathen is a recognized expert in commercial and residential real estate. He has experience and knowledge in financing, property acquisition and marketing, sales, site selection and development – as well as leasing, investment counseling, and portfolio analysis. Nathen’s real estate consulting and agency work include developments in Victoria, Vancouver, Seattle, and Toronto markets.
