Connie was first licensed as a Realtor in Edmonton in 1980. Since making her home in Victoria in 1982 she has been a gold award winning realtor specializing in condominium sales and project marketing. She has been an active member in the Victoria Real Estate Board, serving on several committees and taking advantage of the numerous educational opportunities in order to remain on the cutting edge of industry changes and updates.
Connie has an eye for design and a gift for the art of negotiation. She considers her commitment to ethics and professionalism to be of the highest personal importance and imparts that attitude with colleagues and staff. Connie is very excited about the future of Real Estate in Victoria and has a new found energy to dedicate to the job since partnering with her son Chris Brown.

Connie Brown brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the specialty of Condominium Project marketing. Currently she represents Swallows Landing as Director of Sales and Marketing. In this capacity she effectively manages a staff of sales associates for the Developers and achieves enviable sales results utilizing the skills and talents of this handpicked team.
