Chris moved permanently to Victoria with his family in 1982 and hasn’t looked back. He genuinely believes that this is the best place in the world to live. He is committed to professional ethics and enthusiastic about helping people meet their home buying and selling goals. Chris began working in a partnership with his mother (and award winning Real Estate veteran) Connie Brown in 2006. He brings to the team an aptitude for technology, a talent for diplomacy, the ability to dispassionately see reason and great skill recognizing the motivation of others. More importantly however is the complete and addictive gratification he feels in knowing that a client has been well served. All these attributes make him an invaluable advisor, mediator and negotiator in any transaction.
