Garry, a native Victorian, has been a licensed Realtor since 1987 in commercial sales, specializing in apartment/investment properties. He has been a sales leader in his field. Garry received his CCIM designation in October 1991 and as such is a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute of the National Association of Realtors (US). He is a member of the I.C. & I. Division of both the Canadian Real Estate Association and the Victoria Real Estate Board. His many professional affiliations include past vice-president and current director of ROMS BC, Rental Owners and Managers Society of British Columbia, past director of the Rental Housing Council of British Columbia and co-chair of the Bastion Square Revitalization Advisory Committee. Garry also publishes “Apartment Trends”, a yearly review of the apartment industry.
